Important Information

 

It is essential that all guests read the following information. Important Festival Information

 

Tickets

 

Hard tickets

 

Please keep your ticket safe. Each ticket will allow you to receive the relevant bands at the entrance gate on the day of the festival. Lost tickets cannot be replaced. Tickets that have stubs missing will be void.

 

eTickets 

You will receive your eticket within the hour after purchase (please check junk mail) If you have not received your tickets 10 days prior to the event please contact us at info@yartyparty.co.uk – don’t stress we can sort it all for you!

All tickets are non-refundable.

 

Friday Times 

Car park and Camping field will be open from 14.00. Entry time to festival will be from 16.00. Music starts at 17.00 to 24.00. Bar open from 17.00 to 24.00. Soft Drinks and Light Refreshment served after 24.00. Breakfast food and drinks available for purchase on both morning for campers.

 

Saturday Times

Entry to the festival will be from 10.00. Music starts at 11.00 to 24.00. Bar open from 11.00 to 24.00. Soft Drinks and Light Refreshment served after 24.00.

 

Sunday

Please leave the site by 16.00 and have a safe trip home. 

 

ID – Challenge 25 Policy 

The festival will adopt a Challenge 25 policy. The only acceptable forms of Id will be photo driving licences, Passports and Government Approved PASS cards.Please make sure you bring identification with you as we will have a strict challenge 25 policy. Anyone underage caught drinking or in possession of alcohol will be removed from site and police will be contacted.

 

Drugs Policy

This festival has zero tolerance of the use of drugs. It is illegal to buy, sell or take drugs. Drugs enforcement laws are as applicable onsite as anywhere else in the UK. Anyone found with drugs will be removed from the site, reported to the Police and not allowed to re-enter the festival site.

 

No Bring Your Own Policy 

We will be enforcing a no bring your own alcohol policy which will be applicable to the whole arena. A maximum of 8 cans per person allowed in the camping area. Anyone found with alcohol on their person at the gate entering the arena will be removed and disposed of. Please ensure that any glass is decanted into plastic bottles before entering the site. There will be zero glass policy and all glass bottles and products will be confiscated and disposed of upon entry.

 

Glass

The festival will be a operating a zero glass policy. Any glass found within the festival site will be confiscated and disposed of.

 

Camping and Breakfast 

There will be drinks, breakfast food and light refreshments available to purchase from a trader in the mornings. Campers will be provided with a bin bag on arrival. All rubbish at camp should be placed with the bin bag. Bin bags will be collected at the end of the festival. Only people with a valid camping wristband will be allowed in the designated camping area. The camping field welcomes families but please take care of children at all times and do not leave unaccompanied in the field or tent at any time. Fresh running water is provided from a fresh water tap in the camping area, these will be signposted. Toilets will be provided next to the camping field.

 

Under 14’s

All under 14’s will have to have a contactable adult on site at all times, anyone thought to be under 14 when entering the site will be refused entry.

 

Car Park / Campsite

The car park and campsite will open at 14:00 on Friday please respect the stewards and follow instructions to park. There will be no movement of vehicles in the campsite or festival field.  Campervans are welcome, however once you have been parked up by stewards the vehicle must remain stationary until Sunday at 08:00, anyone seen driving vehicles irresponsibly will be asked to leave without a refund.

 

Dogs 

No dogs on site, except guide dogs, including the camping. Please leave your dogs at home not in your car! 

 

Fires 

There are strictly no fires, naked flames, camp stoves, gas canisters or any associated products permitted at any times on the festival site, camping or surrounding car park and fields. 

Terms and Conditions 

 

All events booked with Yarty Party shall be subject to the following:

 

Confirmation, Deposits and Payments 

Provisional bookings will be held for fourteen days. To secure a provisional booking, we must receive a written confirmation and payment of a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total estimated event cost. The balance of the pre-booked charges is to be settled one month prior to the event date. An invoice for this amount will be sent out for settlement prior to this date and will be based on expected numbers as outlined above if not amended before this time. Any reduction in numbers after this date will be charged in full. Any remaining or additional balance must be settled in full before departure from the site. Queries must be raised immediately with the Duty Manager. Yarty Party reserves the right to charge interest on late payments at a daily rate of 2% above the base rate.

 

Clients use of Yarty Party Events

The Client and guests attending shall;a) Comply with all licensing, Health and Safety and other regulations relating to Yarty Party.b) Not act in an improper or disorderly manner, leave promptly at the appropriate time and comply with any reasonable request by employees of Yarty Party.c) We ask that that parents are responsible for ensuring that children are supervised at all times. We cannot accept any liability in the event of an accident.d) Cars parked are entirely at the owner’s risk. No responsibility can be accepted for loss of property or damage to vehicles whilst on site.e) No dogs are allowed on site.f) Yarty Party reserves the right to object to the employment by the client of any photographer, band, musician or any other person in connection with any event without reason. The client may in some cases be obliged to use a named supplier. Yarty Party will be pleased to give advice or make recommendations on all suppliers if required.

 

Cancellation by Yarty Party

Yarty Party may cancel bookings under the following circumstances:a) If Yarty Party is closed due to circumstances outside its control e.g. Fire, flood, foot & mouth outbreak etc.b) If the Client is in breach of these terms and conditions.c) If the Client becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership.d) If the Client is more than 10 days in arrears with any payment due to Yarty Party.e) Death or serious illness of a Director of the Company. In such an event Yarty Party may, at its discretion, refund any advance payment made, but will have no further liability to the Client.

 

Cancellation by the Client

In all circumstances, notification of cancellation must be made in writing and will be effective on the date this notification is received by Yarty Party. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that this notification is received. The following cancellation terms apply:a) Cancellation over three months in advance – all deposits will be forfeited unless a booking is obtained for the same dates from a third party on no less favourable terms.b) Cancellation between three months and the event date – the total cost, which includes the deposit, will be incurred.

 

Insurance / Damage

Yarty Party recommends that all clients take out their own third party insurance policy. The client shall be responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms or the furnishings, utensils and equipment therein by an act, default or neglect of the customer, sub-contractor or guest of the client and shall pay to Yarty Party on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.Signage/ Adhesives: – All signage must be agreed by Yarty Party. Signs should be free-standing but must not obstruct the corridors or fire ends. No signage should be placed on the walls, doors or mirrors without prior agreement with Yarty Party. Any damage caused by unauthorised Signs or by Blue Tak/pins etc will be charged to the client. Personal property/storage:- Yarty Party does not take responsibility for the property of clients or their guests, agents or employees. Yarty Party endeavour to assist clients with storage of equipment etc., but it excludes liability for theft loss or damage to any such item of equipment.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

Nothing in this agreement permits the client to use the names “Recharged” or “Yarty Party” in any way or upon or in any advertisements media, TV program, film, social media, radio, cd or internet or to film or record any program upon our premises. Nothing in this agreement implies any endorsement of your company, firm, group or association or products by Recharged or Yarty Party and you will not expressly or impliedly state there is any such endorsement in any advertisement or in any other formats. 

 

General

a) Yarty Party will take all reasonable steps to fulfil the reservation to the best of its ability and in accordance with the details provided. However, it reserves the right to provide alternative services of at least equivalent standard at no additional cost.

 

b) Whilst Yarty Party has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the information contained in its brochure, tariffs, leaflets and advertising is accurate, it reserves the right to alter, substitute or withdraw any service, facility or amenity without prior notice if necessary.

 

c) Yarty Party is not responsible in any way for arrangements made by the client with the bands, florists, and any other providers of services at the event.

 

d) Any band, disco, or dj must comply with noise pollution regulations and present a valid Public Liability Insurance Certificate in advance of attendance. Without such insurance Yarty Party reserves the right to refuse entrance to the site.

 

e) Yarty Party reserves the right to object to the dress or behaviour of any client or their guests and may in its absolute discretion exclude any person from the site.

 

f) Yarty Party will not be liable for any failure to provide the services contracted in the following circumstances:

 

  • Industrial action by employees
  • Industrial action by employees of a major supplier
  • Fire, lightning, aircraft impact, explosion, riot and civil commotion, malicious damage, storm, tempest, flood, burst pipes, earthquakes and impact, terrorism.
  • Postal bookings which do not reach us.
  • Breakdown of plant or any failure to supply to site of gas, electricity, water or other services.
  • Any other circumstances beyond reasonable control of Yarty Party.

 

g) Yarty Party must be consulted on delivery of any items connected to the event and agree appropriate delivery days/times.

By purchasing a ticket from Yarty Party you are agreeing for us to use your personal information to contact you for advertising and marketing purposes. If you do not wish us to do this you can unsubscribe or request that your data be deleted. Please see our privacy policy for more information on how we use your personal data.

 

Devon Belles – Bell Tent Hire

 

Terms & Conditions

 

Please read these booking terms and conditions carefully as they are the contract between you (the hirer) and Devon Belles – Bell Tent Hire. 

 

If you do not understand something or require more information please contact us.The person making the booking (the hirer) must be eighteen (18) years or over.

 

The Hirer accepts absolute legal liability and is responsible for all Hire equipment listed on the Hire Inventory. In the case of party bookings it is the responsibility of the nominated Hirer under the Hire Contract Booking Number for all the equipment in that contract.

 

Loss or damage must be reported to Yarty Party staff who will notify Devon Belles – Bell Tent Hire. It is the Hirers responsibility to return all equipment at the end of the hire period, in the same state as at the commencement of the hire period, subject to fair wear and tear. Any loss, damage or additional cleaning will be itemised and deducted from the refundable £50 deposit (either Cash or Card). Damage beyond the value of the deposit will be invoiced to the hirer.

 

No cooking equipment, barbeques (including disposable), firebaskets/fire bowls, any combustible material or flammable liquid, gas bottles are to be used inside the tent.No paint of any description or permanent pens are to be used inside or near our tents.

 

There is a STRICT no smoking policy in or in close proximity to the tent, some of the equipment we use is flammable.

 

Please note that sometimes changes outside of our control do occur and we reserve the right to alter services, prices and facilities as such. 

 

We will however inform you wherever possible of any significant known changes, as soon as possible.In some circumstances, Devon Belles – Bell Tent Hire may need to supply a tent of equivalent make, model and dimensions to that shown in the images. The hirer will be informed of this in advance wherever possible.

 

Devon Belles – Bell Tent Hire will not be held responsible for any acts of God, such as storms, floods, high winds, fire, etc.Guests must not wear dirty shoes or boots inside the tents – the hirer will be invoiced for any extra cleaning charges brought about through this.By hiring a tent from Devon Belles @ the Yarty Party you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

 

You are agreeing that:

a) you have read and understood the terms and conditions 

b) to bring a £50 refundable deposit on the day of the festival

c) to cover any invoiced costs that result from damage above the value of deposit
